MEGALIS 10MG TABLET TABLET USES:-

Tadalafil is used to treat men who have erectile dysfunction (also called sexual impotence). Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These medicines prevent an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type-5 from working too quickly.Tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction (inability to achieve or maintain a penile erection), symptoms of the enlarged prostate gland in male (benign prostatic hyperplasia) such as difficulty while urinating, painful urination and urinary urgency; and increased blood pressure in lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension).

MEGALIS 10MG TABLET TABLET WORK MECHANISM:-

Works by increasing blood flow in the penis by relaxing and widening the blood vessels and helps achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. By improving the blood flow to the prostate and relaxing the muscles in the prostate gland and the bladder, tadalafil helps to relieve urinary symptoms. Similarly, relaxation of blood vessels in lung leads to lowering of blood pressure.

When to take-

It’s best to take this tablet about 1 hour before the sexual activity with at least one glass of water, however, we suggest you take this medicine only as per your physician’s advice.

• Do not take Tadalafil medicine if you are suffering from blood disorders such as sickle cell anaemia, leukaemia and multiple myeloma.
• Avoid using the medicine if you are allergic to Tadalafil or similar drugs.
