This tablet is a medication use to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), a condition where a man has problem or maintaining an erection. it is help to increase time in men . Avanafil may also be use for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
USES – The usual recommended starting dose of Avanafil is 100 mg, take as needed, approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity. The dose may be adjusted based on individual response and tolerability, but the maximum recommended dose is 100 mg once daily.

Before taking this medicine
You should not take avanafil if you are allergic to it, or:
if you take medicine to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, such as riociguat (Adempas).
Do not take avanafil if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems. This includes nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate. Nitrates are also found in some recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite (“poppers”). Taking avanafil with a nitrate medicine can cause a sudden and serious decrease in blood pressure.
