When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select the shipping address. Your order will be delivered to you on that address. In a rare case, if we find it hard to arrange your required item, we will issue a full refund to your account.

What if a wrong item is delivered?
In case if you get a wrong item then you just need to provide us images of the item received for our verification purpose, if found that we shipped the wrong item, we will issue a full refund of your paid amount.

Order cancellation is possible before the arrangement of the item, if an item has been arranged then there is no order cancellation possible.
